Absolutely Great stay!

The staff were INCREDIBLY helpful. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and it was very clean. I was able to park easily. The breakfast options were also varied and delicious, and the staff were friendly! I really enjoyed my time at the hotel.

The minibar prices were a bit high. It did not stop me from enjoying my time, though!

The room featured blackout curtains. There was also a large television with multiple channels and pay-per-view movies. ample wardrobe space. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and space of the bathroom. It was really super clean.

Staff promptly addressed my requests. The concierge offered clear directions to local attractions and helped me to carry my bags to the room. The reception desk was always staffed and ready to assist with anything I needed.

Very nice Staff, Great Location!

I really liked the staff and their friendliness was awesome. The young barman from Belfast was so pleasant and helpful and I spent a lot of time at the "Above" roof terrace. Breakfast staff were very chatty and helpful too. My room was very comfortable and super clean!

I was told floor 11 could have some nightclub noise until late. Cleaners scraping chairs around early on the morning was disruptive.

The hotel boasts a great location near the town center. The main rail station is a short walk (it's about six minutes).

I found the rooms very outdated. The bathroom was of poor quality (especially considering the price I paid).

excellent location helpful lift furnished hotel broken lock grubby bathroom missing handrail

the location is excellent! it is near the town centre, about a five-minute walk. i found the lift to the quayside helpful as it's a very steep walk. the hotel is beautifully furnished and carpeted.

the lock on my door was broken. i had to jam a chair across to feel safe. the bathroom was grubby with a shower over the bath that was not non-slip, and there were no hand rails.
